no I agree button in downloaded software

I downloaded the desktop version of SFHelper from your site. https://en.savefrom.net/9-how-to-download-facebook-video.html. But when I try to load the program the first page of Licence agreement there is no I agree button. So I cant load it.

Im trying to send a screenshot there is no place here from where I can upload it.
