Save from Net install in safari but disappears after quitting safari , and Ummy Video downloader does not accept the video address anymore

I  download the extension from your website and I click on it and it appears in Safari extensions window . It works fine until I quit safari . If I use Safari again the extension disappears from Safari extension window and I have to re-install it again . This means that every time I load Safari I need to re-install the extension again .

Do you have an antivirus?
It is possible that the antivirus removes the extension.
