I click Download mp4, name the file, and it goes through the download process. Then the screen changes to a blank Download screen and nothing happens. Trying to download a FB video on my iPad to camera roll.

Do you download via the extension SaveFrom.net Helper or the website SaveFrom.net?

For the better understanding it'll be great to see a screenshot with the error.
