File name of the downloaded file is videoplayback.xyz .. Can you use the name of the video instead -- so that downloader doesnt have to rename the file to appropriate name after downloading?

Hello, unfortunately we can not influence this, downloading is done directly from Youtube.
It is the site Youtube gives with this name.
