Software does not work!

I do not see a green arrow or a choice of formats. Chrome Version 64.0.3282.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Under "..." there is a save option but no choices and I cannot find the video.

I already sent you the Chrome version: Chrome Version 64.0.3282.140 (Official Build) (64-bit).

There is no green arrow.

Under the "..." menu there is only one option for "save."

It gives you no choice as to the quality or the pathway.

Once it is saved, it cannot be found.  Not in Pictures, not in Videos.

I don't see the detailed set of choices that you show on your website.
