cannot download the subtitle

hello, i am a bit dissapointed with this savefrom because its usually can download the subtitle too but now  when i try to download it , it didn't appear .... hmmm . i hope you can fix this problem soon. fighting~!

Hello, Subtitles can only be downloaded if they are connected to a video and not created automatically.
You can download them via: http://en.savefrom.net or SaveFrom.net Helper (extension).
Subtitles can be downloaded in an xml format.
