Ummy Video Downloader

I used Save From Net to download a Facebook Live Video-- it saved in SD.  There was a link at the bottom to pay 20.00 and get the HD version. I paid 20.00 and downloaded this Ummy Video Downloader which apparently only works with YouTube videos.  How do I get the Facebook Live Video to download in HD?  If it doesn't work, I would appreciate my money back since what you advertised is not what I got.

Hello, Ummy Video Downloader only supports downloading from YouTube. 
In order to download from Facebook 
and many other websites download and install our browser extension SaveFrom.net Helper: http://en.savefrom.net/user.php
