Youtube videos stuck at 95% + on the new os x el capitan safari browser.
It is really annoying have your download stuck after 95%+ continually, specially at moderate bandwidth. Is there a way to refresh download link because resuming doesn't work after you stop it. This is what i am downloading and is stuck Forks Over Knives (2011) Watch Online.mp4.
How can i resume or refresh download, it is stuck at 95%+ ???

This is not done !! I lost over 500 mb of downloaded material out of 598.2 mb !! Is there a way to recover??
Please improve the ability to resume and recover downloads !!
