It lacks the settings to save my favorite format ( 360p )

It lacks the settings to save my favorite format ( 360p ) because I have to be opening the list and conflicts with "Internet Download Manager (IDM)" and download in higher resolution available ( 720p for example ), starts and I have always cancel. 
It's annoying!
