Пропала стрелочка скачивания в Инстаграмм.

Добрый день! Пропала стрелочка скачивания в Инстаграмм. Уже было такое ранее. Помогла переустановка приложения. В этот раз дважды переустанавливала, стрелочка не появляется. В ютюб все осталось нормально. Только Инстаграмм. Не могу сачать видео и после перезагрузки компа. Уже несколько дней. Помогите, пожалуйста
