Please specify address of the page (URL) from where you try to download the file. version of your browser and the extension?

your download service continually drops the connection on the video, making me have to start a new download. this is a poor service and its sucking your BW dry, a lower download rate would be easily worth not having to to restart 5 times.

most of the movies does not work for me. ı used VPN to be sure they did not ban my ip
nothing changed
