Zontir 7 years ago updated by Aleksandr 7 years ago 15

Downloading audio files does not work to paste the links in a download manager like IDM.

When trying to download them normally if it works fine, but when copying a playlist and pasting it into a download manager the links do not work.

We do not relate to third-party loaders.

  • Browser: Chrome 59.0.3071 Windows 7
  • User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36
  • Extension: userjs-chrome 7.46.2
  • Site: https://vk.com
  • Bug: The collected links do not work in a download manager (IDM)

We are not concerned with external programs that download files.

We do not relate to third-party loaders.

The problem is most likely with the boot loader.

Okay, so could I help with this?
Already when I download vk songs are not saved with the track name but with the file name. A kind of "afw241fawf11a.mp3"

The problem is with Tampermonkey, because with Chameleon everything works perfect.

Go to Tampermonkey settings, enable Advance settings mode -> Downloads BETA -> Download Mode: browser api.
Restart TM – everything should be working.

VK Audio Info Button

I have the same problem as this person, is it a problem in general or is it just happening to me?
When posing the mouse, the extension download symbol does not show me the Kbps of the music, it is a very good function. Do you know how I can solve it?

The problem is only with you.

Reinstall the extension.

Install the extension here in these links.
Google Chrome. First 1 then 2.
1. Tampermonkey black: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo?hl=en
2. Savefrom.Net: https://download.sf-helper.com/chrome/helper.user.js?ts=1455972944179

Clean the cache and cookies in your browser.

In the extension settings, check the box to show the bitrate at once.

I have done all the steps and it does not show the bitrate.

Reinstall the extension in the second way.
Remove Tampermonkey and install the Chameleon extension:

Install the extension here in these links.
Google Chrome. First 1 then 2.
1. Install the extension Chameleon: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chameleon/dmpojjilddefgnhiicjcmhbkjgbbclob?hl=en-US
2. Install the extension Savefrom.Net: https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/savefromnet-helper/?display=en

I have taken the following steps:
1- I have uninstalled tampermonkey.
2- I restarted the Chrome Browser.
3- I installed the Chamaleon extension.
4- I have installed the savefrom extension from the opera page.
5- I have activated the "Show bitrate" option.
6- I have restarted the browser.

And the problem still persists.
I also have to say that when the mouse poses the end of the arrow of discharge of the extension I get a message saying "Could not get the file size. Please try again"

What’s your country?

Do you use any proxy?

Do you have an antivirus?

Perhaps that antivirus affects the extension.

Do you have more download extensions?

OMG. Disabling the VPN works correctly.
Is there any solution for this without disabling the VPN? In this case I use an extension (hola.org)

The Savefrom helper works for example through the HideMe.com VPN program.
