It's the paid version. When I open Ummy, it doesn't automatically show the video and offer quality downloads to select. The field to enter the web address is also not there. It doesn't matter what video I open it on. In the past when this happened, I just had to redownload and reinstall it. It didn't work this time. I'm on Mac OS Mojave

I just downloaded it today when I had the issue, so whatever version that is.

The program works, we checked it repeatedly.

Without any information, we will not be able to help you.

You've always been able to help before.

Mojave 10.14.5

Ummy 1.69

That's just it. I'm not getting a message saying Ummy can't find the link. When I open the Ummy application, the window comes up blank and doesn't even show you the text box to type the address into. It's like it's incomplete.

Need to delete file
~/Library/Preferences/com.magicbit.ummy.plist

Then do I reinstall Ummy or just open it and try again?

Delete the file and reinstall the program.

Thank you. I did that and it worked. I was able to download video. Thank you!
